Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant based in Penrose, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our organization. Your responsibilities will include engaging with various clients in the blue and white-collar market, ensuring the right talent is connected with the right job opportunities. From managing job briefs to building meaningful relationships, you'll be at the forefront of making a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Take job briefs, advertise job opportunities, and screen candidates
• Interview and place individuals in suitable roles
• Prioritize candidate care and nurture relationships
• Conduct business development and account management tasks
• Engage in client meetings and enhance rapport
• Utilize recruitment software for data entry
