Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to residential support workers - Assist individuals in setting and reaching their life goals - Ensure the overall quality of life and well-being of the residents - Foster an active cultural, spiritual, emotional, and physical environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities - Ability to work effectively in a diverse team setting - Familiarity with NZ Health and Safety protocols - Background in Allied Health or substantial experience in the disability sector
