  • Execute compliance and risk management strategies
  • Uphold Health and Safety protocols
  • Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate and legislative Health & Safety standards
  • Contribute to cultivating a positive safety culture within the organization

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in managing Risk & Compliance in warehouse and logistics settings
  • Strong communication skills for conveying complex information
  • Extensive knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, reporting, and statistical measurements
  • Results-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive continuous improvement
