About the Position
The NZTA Waka Kotahi is seeking a Senior Advisor for Reporting and Insights for an 18-month fixed-term position with flexible working arrangements. In this role, you will manage the business plan reporting capability for Executive Sub-committees and the Executive Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will include developing information quality and performance practices for projects within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish a sustainable reporting capability across the change portfolio
- Develop a catalogue of reporting elements and support deep dive analyses
- Establish base rate performance measures for the portfolio
- Coach and guide the development of portfolio reporting capabilities
Requirements for the Ideal Candidate
- In-depth knowledge of BI and analytical tools
- Experience in reporting to senior managers and providing trend insights
- Understanding of project/programme/portfolio management
- Curiosity and desire for continuous improvement
- Collaboration and stakeholder management skills
About the NZTA Waka Kotahi EPMO Team
The NZTA Waka Kotahi EPMO team aims to facilitate strategic alignment between change initiatives and organizational objectives.
