About the Role

The Project Manager position in Frequency's Auckland office within the Buildings team focuses on project delivery across different sectors. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in project management in the vertical construction arena.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Experience in managing projects through design, procurement, and contract management phases
• Ability to oversee day-to-day project requirements with senior supervision
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proactive identification and management of project risks and issues
• Knowledge and application of NZS3910/3916 contracts
• Problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities

Qualifications and Benefits

The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, tertiary qualifications, and preferably have worked in the Education and local government sectors.
