About the Role: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
As a part of the Performance, Planning & Insights function at Hato Hone St John, the FP&A team plays a crucial role in providing sound business and financial insights. We are currently implementing a new Data & Analytics strategy to enhance our reporting environment and are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data models in Excel, Power BI, and SQL databases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the FP&A data pipeline and processes
- Provide strategic financial decision-making support to senior leaders
- Assist in annual and monthly financial planning projections
- Coach and mentor team members in embracing digital technologies
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a finance professional who is passionate about digital capabilities and making a real impact. The ideal candidate will have:
Requirements:
- Business-related tertiary qualification or specialization in Information Technology, Engineering Data Analytics
- Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) certification
- Experience in business intelligence systems, especially Microsoft Power BI
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
