Senior Investment Analyst Opportunity in Hamilton

Are you an experienced professional in asset management looking for a flexible role with a real contribution to make? This 12-month contract as a Senior Investment Analyst with our client in Hamilton might be the perfect fit for you.

Role Overview:

• Work alongside the CIO to create and deliver the investment portfolio
• Provide analysis and input on asset allocation and outsourced investment managers
• Option to work from the office, home, or a combination of both

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a framework investment strategy
• Focus on strategy rather than execution
• Contribute to top-tier investment performance

Requirements:

• 7+ years of asset management experience
• Strong data analysis and DCF modelling skills
• Understanding of financial services industry
• Experience with portfolio theory and investment returns calculation
• Interest in impact investing and multi-stakeholder management

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience with iwi or Maaori organizations
• Commercial acumen and integrity
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
