Role Overview
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial part in maintaining and improving our cutting-edge facilities. Reporting to the engineering manager, the Senior Maintenance Engineer will lead the maintenance team in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance procedures to ensure optimal equipment operation.
- Design and implement upgrades to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Oversee daily operations and delegate tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with other teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5-7 years of maintenance engineering experience in pharmaceuticals or food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP and other regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance best practices.
- Experience in soft gel health supplement manufacturing is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
