The Role:

Our client has recently secured a new $30 million project and is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the team in delivering the project to the highest standards. The responsibilities of the role include:

• Ensuring timely project delivery
• High-level programming
• Quality management
• Overseeing the site-based team
• Setting and maintaining an efficient strategy
• Liaising with clients and consultants
• Developing and building relationships
• Maintaining safety standards

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a trade background and significant construction management experience in the New Zealand construction market. Experience in managing commercial projects of a similar scale is essential.
