Company Overview

This commercial main contractor is a young and innovative company specializing in small to medium-sized new build and interiors projects. With a track record of securing successful project wins, they are experiencing organic growth and are seeking a senior site manager to oversee one of their secured projects.

Job Description

The role of senior site manager will involve a range of responsibilities including ordering materials, managing subcontractors, problem-solving, health and safety management, conducting toolbox talks, program management, tracking progress, and communicating with clients and consultants.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following criteria:

• Carpentry trade qualification with a tertiary qualification preferred
• 10+ years of experience managing medium-sized commercial projects over $5 million
• Experience with concrete and steel construction elements
• Strong site management skills and ability to motivate and hold the team accountable
• Positive attitude towards success
• Proficient in health and safety practices
• Strong IT skills, experience with Procore software is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Remuneration Package

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 per annum, plus a company vehicle and other benefits.
