Key Responsibilities

As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will: - Collaborate with project teams to provide expert quantity surveying advice - Conduct cost estimating, cost planning, and procurement services - Analyze costs, assess risks, and optimize project outcomes - Prepare tender documentation, administer contracts, and settle final accounts - Build strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving

Experience and Skills Required
