Responsibilities

• Control project finances
• Work with the team on wider project requirements
• Drive projects to meet or exceed budget
• Ensure Safety, Quality, Programme, and Client Relationship goals are met
• Set up, maintain, and report on financial control systems
• Understand standard New Zealand Contracts
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Negotiate effectively

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in quantity surveying
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction
• Experience within a Main Contractor environment
• Good understanding of the NZ Construction market
• Full project life cycle experience
• Experience working on various sized projects
• Sub-contracting liaising skills

Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 – $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to exciting projects in the construction industry.
