About the Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including businesses in financial distress, stable companies seeking performance improvement, and organizations dealing with complex issues. You will be involved in fraud investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory services. This role offers a comprehensive exposure to the entire restructuring and insolvency cycle, working with both public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with clients from various industries and sectors
• Supporting senior colleagues in financial modeling and presentations
• Preparing Independent Business Reviews and restructuring engagements
• Managing formal appointments and ensuring business continuity

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role would have 2-3+ years of experience in Forensic, Restructuring/Business Recovery, Deals Advisory, or Transaction Services from a Big 4 or international mid-tier firm. Strong financial modeling skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a solid understanding of accounting principles are essential. Candidates with CA/CPA or CFA certifications or in the process of obtaining them are preferred.
