About the Role:

This diverse position involves daily client interaction and key initiatives such as:

• Production of daily, weekly, and/or monthly monitoring reports
• Analyzing and reviewing bank balances daily to ensure sufficient funds for payments
• Managing cash flow processes and investing excess funds appropriately

Key Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Understanding of customer service, office administration, and financial processes
• Knowledge of KiwiSaver Unit Trust / Master Trust legislation and regulation
• Proficiency in advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Ability to interact confidently with others
• Aptitude with numbers and the ability to work well under pressure
