Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the construction industry
• At least 6-8 years of experience working in New Zealand for a main contractor
• Trades background preferred
• Tertiary qualification in a construction-related field

Job Responsibilities

The Senior Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing interior and construction projects, managing subcontractors, providing technical guidance to teams, ensuring compliance with OH&S guidelines, and maintaining effective communication across all stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $130k to $150k per annum, inclusive of a vehicle allowance and additional benefits such as medical insurance and retail discounts.
