About the Role

The Project Manager/Senior PM will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of projects, maintaining high levels of programming and planning, liaising with clients and consultants, overseeing site-based teams, and managing client relationships. Safety is paramount, and the successful candidate will need to uphold the highest standards in this area.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Management role within the New Zealand market, with a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial construction projects valued up to $30 million. Preference will be given to candidates with a Carpentry qualification.
