Civil Supervisor/Foreman Job Opportunity in Auckland

Are you a dedicated Civil Supervisor/Foreman looking for a new opportunity in Auckland and other regions of New Zealand? If so, this role might be perfect for you!

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and help oversee projects to ensure they meet H&S requirements and are executed as per construction plans. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in successful project delivery
• Meeting or exceeding project production targets
• Liaising with the project team and subcontractors
• Ensuring construction operations are carried out safely
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Full, clean driver's license
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience
• Minimum 1 year of operational management experience
• Excellent communication skills

Working Hours:

7am - 4.30/5pm (minimum 40 working hours per week)

Salary:

$60k - $70k per annum

Location:

Mainly Auckland, with travel required for projects across New Zealand
