About the Role:

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities across a diverse property portfolio including Commercial, Retirement, and Residential properties. The role will involve interacting with tenants, hands-on work, and coordinating sub-contractors as needed. The position will be primarily based on the North Shore.

Skills & Experience:

• Qualified carpenter with 20+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction
• Ability to perform hands-on tasks and manage small projects/sub-contractors
• Seeking a candidate with extensive industry experience looking for a stable, autonomous role
