Responsibilities of the Position

• Establish and maintain a high-performance classroom environment
• Document and monitor student attendance and progress
• Deliver workshops on human skills and self-transformation topics
• Provide pastoral support, coaching, and mentoring to students
• Assist in creating individualized learning pathways for students
• Contribute to student recruitment, screening, and feedback processes

Key Qualifications and Skills
