What Does the Role Entail?

As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities in various aspects of their daily lives. From helping them manage their routines to supporting them in pursuing their goals and interests, your role will be instrumental in creating a positive and supportive environment for the people you work with.

What We Require from You

To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

  • Prior experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work flexible rostered shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Confidence in dealing with challenging behaviors
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical fitness to provide necessary support
  • A Full NZ driver's license
