Your Role
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include supporting individuals with mental health challenges to manage their well-being, planning regional events, and managing a one-on-one caseload. You will need a current NZ full driver's license, first aid certificate, and the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognized equivalent. Experience working with Te Ao Maori and strong knowledge of the Auckland Health and Social Services sectors are essential.
Requirements

- Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
- New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or recognized equivalent
- Experience working with Te Ao Maori
- Strong knowledge of the Auckland Health and Social Services sectors

- Effective communication and rapport-building skills
- Able to work autonomously
