The Role

Pathways is seeking an inspirational leader with personal lived experience to join Tupu Ake in Papatoetoe Auckland as a Peer Team Coach. In this role, you will lead a team of Peer Support Specialists and clinicians to support guests in achieving their well-being goals. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient use of resources, fostering innovation, and empowering team members towards recovery and wellness. This full-time position requires Monday to Friday availability with after-hours on-call duties every 8-10 weeks.

Skills and Experience Required

- Working knowledge of consumer peer support lived experience workforce competencies (CPSLE) - Completion of Peer Employment or Intentional Peer Support training - Level 4 certificate in Health and Wellbeing or equivalency - Experience or qualification in health, management, or related discipline (preferred) - Ability to share personal lived experience and journey to well-being - Strong leadership, networking, and team development skills
