IVS Training Ltd is New Zealand’s leading provider of Biosecurity and Worksafe training, and we are looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling our nationwide training programme, covering a wide range of courses from Biosecurity to Health and Safety.

Responsibilities and Challenges

As a Scheduler at IVS Training Ltd, your responsibilities will include creating and monitoring the nationwide schedule, liaising with trainers and venue representatives, managing compliance processes, and keeping the learning management system up to date. This role is like working with constantly moving puzzle pieces, requiring a strategic mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have proven coordination and scheduling experience, be detail-oriented yet flexible, possess strong communication skills, be proficient in the Microsoft suite, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Initiative, adaptability, and the ability to build lasting relationships are key qualities we are looking for in the ideal candidate.
