Job Responsibilities

As a Workshop Parts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the workflow between our workshop, operational departments, and suppliers. Your main responsibilities will include procurement, organization, and administration of parts and stock to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements for the Role

If you possess strong administration and relationship-building skills, have attention to detail, excellent planning and organizational skills, an inquisitive and analytical mindset, and a positive 'can do' attitude, then you might be the perfect fit for this role. While experience in an automotive setting is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. Customer relations and administrative experience will be highly valued.

Work Schedule

This is a permanent role with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, totaling 25 hours per week. The working hours can be accommodated between 9am and 4pm daily, making it family-friendly and convenient for work-life balance.
