Ngaa Pou Hauora o Taamaki Makaurau is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead their Iwi Māori Partnership Board in Taamaki Makaurau. Qualifications & Experience
- Post graduate tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in a senior leadership role
- Previous health sector experience and understanding of the New Zealand health system and Māori health issues
- Knowledge of the requirements of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022
- Understanding of government processes
- Fluency (or commitment to fluency) in Te Reo Māori
- Strong understanding of Te Ao Māori and tikanga
- Proven experience in startup leadership or entrepreneurial ventures
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in legal and financial management
