About the Role

- Executing comprehensive business operations and strategies
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards and obligations
- Identifying efficiencies in systems and processes
- Managing relationships with suppliers
- Leveraging operational resources to enhance the firm's performance
Skills and Experience
Preferred candidates will have:
- 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal leadership skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- High resilience and a solutions-focused mindset
- Experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm (beneficial but not essential)
