About the Role

The role involves overseeing all operational aspects of the firm, including implementing strategies, driving efficiencies, and enabling growth opportunities. Responsibilities include:

• Executing comprehensive business operations and strategies
• Ensuring compliance with professional standards and obligations
• Identifying efficiencies in systems and processes
• Managing relationships with suppliers
• Leveraging operational resources to enhance the firm's performance

Skills and Experience

Preferred candidates will have:

• 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal leadership skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• High resilience and a solutions-focused mindset
• Experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm (beneficial but not essential)
