Responsibilities and Skills

The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic leadership to drive player growth, enhance the commercial offer, and engage with the cricket community. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic leadership skills, the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders, and a commercial focus to increase the association's value. Additionally, the CEO should be culturally aware, financially astute, and passionate about cricket.

• Experience in managing high-performance programs
