Commercial Broking Contractor Opportunity Contract Job

Introduction

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a general insurance book. Your main focus will be on business development and growing a new book of business. You will also liaise with underwriters to negotiate favorable terms for insurance policies and advise clients on their potential risks and appropriate cover.

Remuneration and Perks

As a contractor, you will enjoy a 50/50 split on business and receive a $50,000 annual retainer for the first two years. Additionally, you will have the option to work remotely from anywhere in the country and enjoy flexible working hours, giving you the freedom to work at your discretion.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a minimum of 3 years of commercial broking experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in growing a book of business and achieving new business targets. A Level 5 qualification is also required for this role.
