Commercial Project Manager - Construction

This role is ideal for an experienced Commercial Project Manager or a seasoned Commercial Site Manager looking to transition into Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction project, including communication, planning, programming, and technical expertise.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of New Zealand construction processes and methodologies.
• Oversee medium density residential and commercial construction projects.
• Ensure effective subcontractor management and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in New Zealand or Australian commercial construction.
• Proficiency in MS Project and other relevant software.
• Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction management or engineering.
• Knowledge of consenting processes, CCCs, and SSSPs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
