Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 7 years' experience in residential and commercial construction
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in cost estimation software and Quantity Surveying tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
