Overview

Are you a seasoned Site Manager looking for a fast-paced opportunity in Auckland CBD? A construction company is seeking a skilled individual to oversee fitout projects with budgets of up to $5 million. The role offers an attractive hourly rate of $50 - $70 for a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Drive project from inception to completion
• Oversee site processes and manage health and safety protocols
• Ensure quality assurance and progress reporting
• Coordinate subcontractors for seamless project execution

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Proven track record in driving project completion
• Experience in high-end fitout projects
• Proficiency in Procore and MS Projects software
• Attention to detail and a passion for high-end finishes
