### Position: Contracts Manager

The company is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out and construction in New Zealand.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage all contractual aspects of fit-out projects - Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers - Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations - Review and prepare contracts and agreements - Monitor project progress and address any issues - Identify and manage risks and disputes - Provide regular project updates to senior management - Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders

### Qualifications and Experience

- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the fit-out industry - Familiarity with construction contracts - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Detail-oriented and organized - Proficient in contract management software and MS Office Suite
