Job Opportunity: Project Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, and mitigate risks to optimize profitability.
• Conduct regular reviews of project contracts, identify disputes, and facilitate resolutions.
• Provide timely reporting to senior management on project commercial performance.
• Foster relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record of at least 7 years in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management tools.
• Membership of a relevant professional body is desirable.
