Job Opportunity: Project Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, and mitigate risks to optimize profitability.
- Conduct regular reviews of project contracts, identify disputes, and facilitate resolutions.
- Provide timely reporting to senior management on project commercial performance.
- Foster relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to enhance project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management tools.
- Membership of a relevant professional body is desirable.
