Job Description Optimization

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating meetings, contracts, and consent pre-construction
  • Uploading documents and assigning responsibilities to various stakeholders
  • Confirming and booking meetings
  • Updating and preparing project plans as needed
  • Establishing Quality Assurance checklists schedule with contractors and teams
  • Procuring project completion documentation and coordinating QA sign off
  • Assisting the management team with defect works when necessary
  • Attending work-in-progress meetings

Requirements:

  • Experience with Procore is preferred
  • A genuine interest in the construction industry
  • High level of accuracy and strong administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and problem solve efficiently
