## Job Overview

As an HR professional at Pernod Ricard, you will report to the Senior HR Manager – Pacific Operations and play a key role in supporting wineries and vineyard operations. The focus of this role is on driving best practices in employee relations and fostering a positive people performance culture. ## Responsibilities

- Serve as the subject matter expert for legislative entitlements, company policies, and workplace agreements - Coordinate employee lifecycle tasks to promote a high-performance culture - Partner with the business to assess and plan change management activities - Manage employee workplace grievances and investigations - Coach and mentor the business on building a high-performance employee culture

## Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Relevant qualifications in the territory with previous experience in a similar HR role - Working knowledge of employee relations and experience collaborating with external experts - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills - Passion for coaching and establishing relationships with employees - Attention to detail and a process-driven attitude
