Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with an experienced project manager on the delivery of a complex project
• Utilize strong IT skills for scheduling and planning tasks
• Split time evenly between office and site work
• Manage project documentation and communication effectively
• Read plans and specifications

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

• 1-2 years of NZ-based construction or engineering experience
• Passion and tenacity for working on complex commercial building projects
• Strong IT skills in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage project documentation
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• A tertiary qualification is advantageous or qualified by experience
