About the Role

The position reports to the CEO and involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of VMG. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, developing business plans, managing department heads, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in brand elevation
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Experience with offshore manufacturing/supply chain (desirable)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
