About the Role:

New Zealand Law Society is seeking an exceptional candidate to lead the Member Services team in Auckland. The Branch Manager will oversee a wide range of activities and services, focusing on creating events to cater to local lawyers' needs and drive membership growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Member Services staff
  • Develop and implement a programme of events and activities
  • Work closely with the General Manager to enhance the value provided to members
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and maintain effective relationships

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience in a membership organization
  • Proven track record in delivering member services
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Commercial acumen and budget management experience
  • Proficiency in office and communications technologies
