About the Role:
New Zealand Law Society is seeking an exceptional candidate to lead the Member Services team in Auckland. The Branch Manager will oversee a wide range of activities and services, focusing on creating events to cater to local lawyers' needs and drive membership growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Member Services staff
- Develop and implement a programme of events and activities
- Work closely with the General Manager to enhance the value provided to members
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and maintain effective relationships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience in a membership organization
- Proven track record in delivering member services
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Commercial acumen and budget management experience
- Proficiency in office and communications technologies
