Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading geotechnical and environmental consultancy based in Auckland. They are currently seeking a talented geotechnical engineer to take on the responsibility of designing and managing key projects in the Auckland region. The role offers project ownership and the chance to work on challenging and innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and project management of geotechnical engineering projects
• Geotechnical design, data analysis, modeling, and report writing
• Managing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborating with senior and chartered engineers for support and development

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of New Zealand consulting experience as a geotechnical engineer. Strong project design skills including ground investigations, earthwork and foundation design, settlement calculations, and retaining walls are essential for this role.
