About the Role

As a key leader in our organization, you will be tasked with managing our Customer Success teams to ensure our clients receive tailored advice and solutions that align with their financial objectives. This role involves overseeing teams across various advice lines such as Wealth Management, Insurance, and KiwiSaver. Collaboration with peers and driving consistent advice delivery are crucial aspects of this position. We are looking for someone with a strong background in leadership and a deep understanding of the Financial Advice industry. Your ability to inspire and engage your team towards high performance will be instrumental in your success.
