Responsibilities

As an Intermediate Civil Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Undertaking general civil engineering design on land development projects
• Providing feasibility assessments and scheme options to property development clients
• Collaborating with the surveying team to design various aspects of a subdivision
• Performing construction supervision and overseeing tendering processes

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• A BEngTech or Bachelor of Engineering degree
• At least 4 years of local New Zealand experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
