Job Description

New Zealand Movers in Auckland is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to join their team full-time. The role involves being a vital member of the sales team, focusing on Domestic and Global Removals. The ideal candidate will contribute to revenue growth by converting leads, meeting customer needs, and exceeding expectations. This opportunity is perfect for experienced sales professionals or those looking to start a new career path.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels. - Provide cost estimates and convert inquiries into sales. - Manage Sales Consultants' schedules and provide administrative support. - Assist in sales initiatives and handle invoicing. - Serve as a liaison between Sales and Operations departments.

Qualifications and Skills

- Sales or transport experience preferred but not mandatory. - Self-motivated with a focus on exceptional customer service. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask and adapt to new systems. - Professional and outgoing demeanor.
