We are currently seeking a passionate and efficient Learning and Development Advisor to join our team at Hospice West Auckland. This role offers a unique learning and development opportunity for someone who is a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and excels at building relationships to achieve results.

## Responsibilities As the Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a crucial role in leading the learning and development function within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying learning needs across the organization and developing access to learning programs. - Hosting various learning activities and events, both in-person and virtually. - Collaborating with the Clinical Nurse Educator to deliver educational programs to clinical staff. - Supporting managers with orientation processes and resources for new staff members. - Designing and delivering non-clinical training with a focus on technology tools. - Building relationships with external organizations and overseeing administrative processes for learning programs.

## Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A customer-centric approach and willingness to support organizational learning needs. - Proficiency in Zoom hosting and facilitation as well as Microsoft 365 environment. - Previous experience in learning and development or a related field is advantageous. - A clean full driver’s license for potential travel within West Auckland work sites.

## About You As the ideal candidate for this role, you should be passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting others in their learning journey. You should be highly organized, efficient, and comfortable working with technology. This opportunity is suitable for someone with experience as an L&D Advisor/Administrator/Coordinator or a Business/Commerce graduate focusing on HR/Learning and Development.
