As the initial point of contact for our patients, you must exhibit a bright professional attitude, exceptional telephone etiquette, and strong communication skills. Detail-oriented, with excellent eye-hand coordination, you should be humble, eager to learn, and capable of working efficiently during our peak periods.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for: - Medical reception duties - Assisting medical staff with procedures - Answering phone calls and responding to emails - Cleaning and organizing rooms and equipment - Recording data and handling accounting tasks

Requirements

Prior medical experience is not mandatory as training will be provided. Familiarity with Medtech Evolution is a plus. Proficiency in English is a must. Candidates must have the right to live and work in New Zealand, and valid work visas are welcomed. Employment is contingent upon a mandatory Police Check.
