About the Role

Are you experienced in the hydraulics industry or in a related field such as hose doctor, engineering, forklift, or automotive sectors? If so, Hyspecs is looking for a Parts Advisor/Stock Controller to join their team in Christchurch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing, ordering, and receiving stock, as well as dispatching and receiving freight. Attention to detail, proficiency in numbers and computer systems, and strong organizational skills are a must for this role. While the position can get busy, you will work in a supportive team environment with a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking and packing stock items for orders - Managing incoming and outgoing freight - Maintaining accurate stock levels - Collaborating with management on overseas ordering and forward orders for OEMs - Conducting stocktakes - Keeping the store organized and tidy - Assisting with freight and stock inquiries
