About the Role

This role is a newly created opportunity for an experienced Process Development Engineer. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of manufacturing processes for implantable medical devices, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will collaborate with internal teams and external experts to drive the success of the company.

Requirements for the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. You should have expertise in process development, commissioning, and validation of processing equipment. Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills are essential for this role. Additionally, the willingness to relocate to Palmerston North is a must.
