Role Description

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing a workforce of 80 personnel in precast concrete production. This includes managing mould fabrication, product manufacture, quality control, and procurement of steel reinforcement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven team leadership experience, and a trade background in boilermaking or carpentry. A tertiary qualification in engineering could be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 80 personnel in precast concrete production
• Oversee mould fabrication and product manufacture
• Procure steel reinforcement from specialized suppliers
• Liaise with builders, architects, and engineers for project management
• Ensure daily quality control of products
