Role Description

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing a workforce of 80 personnel in precast concrete production. This includes managing mould fabrication, product manufacture, quality control, and procurement of steel reinforcement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven team leadership experience, and a trade background in boilermaking or carpentry. A tertiary qualification in engineering could be an advantage.

Responsibilities
