Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end project management services across luxury commercial fit-out projects.
  • Work closely with in-house architects and interior designers to collaborate on creative projects.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Project Manager in fit-out projects within New Zealand.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
