Role of a Project Manager (PM)

As a Project Manager at this company, you will be responsible for leading the project programming across all business projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sequencing projects and collaborating with other PMs and SMs to manage schedules efficiently.
• Overseeing site teams and ensuring smooth project operations.
• Maintaining regular communication with project team members, site managers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Proactively monitoring commercial and contractual issues, providing reports and advice as needed.

Key Success Factors

To excel in this role, the following factors are essential:

• Ideally, tertiary qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in managing projects over $5M.
• Ability to lead construction teams effectively and drive them towards agreed outcomes.
• Strong programming skills with advanced knowledge of MS Project.
• Sound financial management abilities with a focus on cost accountability.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Remuneration and Contact Information

The remuneration for this role is in the range of $140,000 to $170,000 per year, along with a company vehicle.
