Position Summary

As a Project Manager (PM) at this company, you will play a crucial role in leading project programming from the initial stages. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project sequencing, collaborating with other PMs and Site Managers (SMs), managing schedules, resolving conflicts, and overseeing on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project programming and sequencing
  • Manage project schedules and resolve conflicts
  • Oversee on-site teams and maintain regular communication with project stakeholders
  • Monitor commercial and contractual issues and provide timely reports and recommendations

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in managing projects over $5M
  • Strong leadership skills in managing construction teams
  • Proficiency in project programming, particularly with MS Project
  • Excellent financial management abilities and cost accountability
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Remuneration

The salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $170,000 annually, in addition to a company vehicle.
